The Women's Department in the Jurisdiction of Puerto Rico is working
diligently with Bishop McLachlan and Mother Marjorie Booker.
Souls are being saved, believers are being filled with the Holy Ghost, saints are
encouraged to serve the Lord and backslidders are restored. Our
administrator Suzanna Monge and Elder Monge who reside in Puerto Rico
are doing a fantastic job in establishing a church and a Mission Home in order to
serve the people. God has been saving and restoring souls for His glory and
man have been healed physically. Our sister Monge is especially anointed to
counsel and serve the people of Puerto Rico and we are blessed to have her on
our team. We have a strong outreach to the children and to the elderly. The
Outreach Ministry gives food and clothes to the needy. At Christmas, special
efforts are made to feed the aged and give gifts to the children. The Women are
looking forward to building a Church Complex with facilities for a school in order
to help the educational status of children in the low socio-economic group of
Puerto Rico. It is our hope and prayer that we shall continue to serve the
spiritual, mental and social needs of the people of Puerto Rico and California,
yet the world is our vision. We presently have twenty-nine Evangelist
Missionaries, four Deaconesses, two District Missionaries and one Supervisor.
